Gemma is Head of Business Execution and Responsible Investment. Gemma works with the CEO and the Executive Committee to deliver strategic priorities, by providing central oversight of key initiatives and ensuring clear accountability for delivery; whilst ensuring that responsible investment is fundamental to how we operate. Gemma also has oversight of the Group's corporate sustainability agenda. She joined Quilter Cheviot in 2015 to develop its approach to responsible investment and lead its strategic direction across the business. She has over 30 years of investment experience and has spent much of that time focused on the charity sector, specifically clients with complex responsible investment requirements. Gemma is a member of the Executive Committee.
