What attracted me to a career in wealth management?
I joined Quilter Cheviot in 2023 as part of the Managed Portfolio Service (MPS) team, having previously worked for an MPS platform provider. Following the completion of a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Liverpool in 2022, I was drawn to the field by the opportunity to put my interest in financial markets into practice. I was particularly attracted by the ability to contribute to the management of client portfolios, both on an investment and fund management basis.
How do you approach your role on a daily basis?
In my current role, I support the management of the MPS strategies, with a particular focus on performance attribution, investment analysis and client communications. Since joining Quilter Cheviot, I have completed the CISI Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) and the CISI Chartered Wealth Manager qualification.
What are your interests outside of work?
Beyond my professional interests, I enjoy cooking, going to the theatre, horse racing and walks in the countryside with my new puppy Nelly.
