This is a condition/illness that cannot be cured but is controllable with medication or other treatments.  These can be depression and anxiety disorders / cardiovascular disease / chronic obstructive pulmonary disease / diabetes / Chron’s and musculoskeletal disorders.

Whilst the illness may not impact your ability to manage your investments with us, it may mean that our interactions may have to be tailored to ensure that these suit your schedule  so that we do not cause you any inconvenience or undue duress.

Please speak to your Investment Manager or Financial Planer so that we can work with you on the best times and ways to interact with you and provide you with any additional needs that you might require when your illness “spikes / flares up”.
