What attracted you to a career in wealth management?

After completion of a degree in Business Studies, I began my career as a Mortgage Adviser. The part of the job that I enjoyed most was building relationships with clients.

Wanting to broaden my area of expertise I completed the level 4 Diploma in Financial allowing me to offer full holistic financial planning to clients through each stage of their lives.

I have spent the last 15 years working in financial advisory firms gaining extensive experience, most recently working at Kerr Henderson in their private client team giving advice to High-Net-Worth individuals and families in both Northern Ireland and London before joining Quilter Cheviot in March 2023.

What would you like to achieve for clients?

I work with High-Net-worth Individuals and families, business owners and entrepreneurs.

I work with clients to put in place a tailored financial plan to help them achieve their short- and long-term goals. It’s very rewarding to be able to see clients achieve their goals and to be part of this long-term journey.

I particularly enjoy working with families and becoming a trusted adviser through all stages of their life.

What are you passionate about in life?

Outside of work I spend most of my time with my husband and our two young daughters. Our weekends are usually spent looking for outdoor walks with proximity to coffee shops so we can stay suitably caffeinated to keep up with their levels of energy!

When the time permits, I enjoy running and doing CrossFit workouts to stay fit.

I gained chartered status in May 2022, and I am continuing to work towards further qualifications to increase my technical knowledge within my role.

The value of your investments and the income from them can fall and you may not recover what you invested.
