Jennie Clark

Investment Administrator
London

What attracted you to a career in wealth management?

I came to Quilter Cheviot on a temporary contract in 2017 having previously worked as a Secretary in Business Recovery at one of the Big 4 Accountant’s firms. I was interested in broadening my skillset through a different industry and so was pleased to have an opportunity to get into wealth management. I found it refreshing and interesting to deal directly with clients rather than with businesses that were struggling.

How do you approach your role on a daily basis?

The main thing I love about my job is the client contact and the personal service that we give. I enjoy building relationships and supporting the team and have enjoyed moulding my role so that I am now an Investment Administrator whilst also providing secretarial support which provides a varied role. My aim is to continue to build good working relationships to help provide the best client experience possible.

What are your interests outside of work?

I like spending quality time with my family and friends. I enjoy gardening, going out for days (or weekends away), walking and landscape photography and if I can capture a deer or two in that landscape, it makes me even happier.

The value of your investments and the income from them can fall and you may not recover what you invested.
