What attracted you to a career in wealth management?

I was drawn to wealth management because it brings together problem‑solving and working closely with people. Every client has their own story, challenges, and goals, and I enjoy helping them make decisions that genuinely move their lives forward. Twenty years on, I’m more excited than ever by the variety of the work and by how new technology keeps opening better ways to support clients.

How do you work with / look after clients?

I help clients make sense of complicated situations by giving them straightforward options and a plan that works for them day‑to‑day and over the long term. I take the time to understand the financial, cross‑border, and personal factors behind their decisions, then focus on the plan, products, and investments that support what truly matters to them.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I’m a keen triathlete and endurance runner. My wife and I love to travel and often plan trips around races or sporting events so we can explore new places at the same time. When we’re not doing that, it’s usually good food and red wine, looking after our cats, and getting stuck into a book—mostly historical fiction or anything to do with health and longevity.
