Defaqto publish an annual DFM Satisfaction survey which asks advisers to measure their satisfaction levels with their preferred providers across a range of service categories. We also submit data to Defaqto for inclusion in their Engage review service. Full analysis and peer comparisons across a broad range of discretionary investment providers can be completed using the Defaqto Engage online tools.

Suggestus is a free information resource for the investing public, charities and professional wealth advisers. The platform provides a comprehensive directory of standardised investment manager due diligence reports which use question sets informed by ARC ‘s long history of evaluating investment providers on behalf of investors and their advisers.

Threesixty assess the adequacy of the controls and procedures Quilter Cheviot has established to mitigate the regulatory and business risks arising from the provision of its discretionary management service to intermediaries.

We have engaged external auditors to produce an Assurance Type I (AAF 01/06) report on our processes and internal controls. The auditor’s report is published on a three-year cycle and assesses the robustness of our processes and controls, allowing you to rest assured your clients’ assets are in safe hands.
