The security of all client data is paramount. It’s sometimes easy to overlook that security extends beyond the digital realm. We incorporate daily processes into our office routines to ensure the safety and security of your data is put first.

How do we achieve this? It’s a complex question that extends beyond the scope of a single article. However, we implement several straightforward, yet highly effective measures to ensure your peace of mind.

While in the office, there checklists we adhere to, designed to uphold the highest level of data security. Your confidence in us are invaluable, both to our organisation and to me personally.

  1. Office access

    Entry is restricted to those with a security pass. Visitors are accompanied to ensure they only see what’s necessary.
  1. Workstation security

    All workstations are secured with robust passwords and login authentication, and are locked when unattended.
  1. Data confidentiality

    Our team members receive thorough training in client data confidentiality, a responsibility shared across Quilter Cheviot.
  1. Restricted data access

    Client data access is limited strictly to those who need it, to maintain confidentiality.
  1. Document destruction

    We employ secure methods, including locked waste boxes and shredding facilities, to dispose of physical documents.
  1. Clean desk policy

    Our policy not only reduces the risk of unauthorised document access but also supports our paperless system for enhanced security.
  1. Regular Checks

    Daily floor walks are conducted to ensure all data management and security protocols are being followed diligently.
