What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
I joined Quilter Cheviot in August 2001 as a Team Administrator which evolved into the Office Manager role. I have over 30 years experience in Office Management and Administration within a diverse range of industries. In 2024, I obtained a Distinction in Apprenticeship in Transformational Leadership.
How do you work with / look after clients?
I am responsible for assisting the Head of Office, Ben Mountain as well as supporting all colleagues within the Birmingham office with the smooth running of the office; this can cover a diverse range of tasks from all aspects of HR, strategizing, administration for the office, facilities, and clients. I was a founding member of the Administrators Working Group dedicated to the continuous improvement of our company processes & procedures.
What are your interests outside of work?
Away from our busy office, I enjoy spending time with my family and dog Gizmo. When I manage to carve out some spare time I also like to bake, meet up with friends, read about the antics of Royalty through the ages but mostly I love to plan our holidays......especially those with a Disney theme park!
