Our range of services is designed to give you and your client peace of mind that their investment is being managed in a way that is tailored to their specific needs.
Partnering with you
We will work with you to establish which of our services is most appropriate for you or your client and support any other financial plans that have been in place.
Based on you or your client’s investment objectives, we will create an investment proposal that you can share with them. This will include information such as asset allocation and more about the team who will manage the portfolio.
You can feedback on this proposal and we can refine it together. Once you are both are happy to proceed, we will set up the portfolio.
We will continue to ensure the investment remains suitable and provide ongoing support to you and your client. Also provided are regular valuations, performance data, transaction history and cash statements and annual tax year end pack.
How we work with your client
1. Our initial meeting
During our initial meeting, your client’s investment manager will discuss:
- their goals, expectations and their attitude to risk and reward
- our investment strategies and investment philosophy
- any costs and charges involved.
2. Investment proposal
After understanding your client’s objectives and attitude to risk, their investment manager will suggest a suitable investment portfolio.
The proposal will summarise the asset allocation and include an application form if they are happy to proceed.
3. When your client signs up
After your client’s portfolio has been set up, their investment manager will meet with you as often as required and provide feedback on their portfolio making sure the investment is performing how it should be.
Your client will receive regular reports between meetings including:
- A portfolio valuation
- Performance report
- Transaction schedule
- Capital and income statements
- Commentary on market conditions

You can provide us with digital signatures for most instructions. For more information read our handy guidance notes which takes you step-by-step through the process.
Keeping you and your clients safe
There are many ways to send us important information, but please remember if you are sending important documentation by email that an encrypted email account is used, if possible.
It is your responsibility to carry out necessary due diligence procedures to protect your clients when using digital signature software. We will not take responsibility for any claims of financial crime that arise from the use of digitally signed documents.
