Responsible Investment Analyst
Role at Quilter Cheviot
In my role as Responsible Investment Analyst, I assist with thematic research and thought leadership, manage the reporting on voting and engagement and develop dashboards for environmental, social and governance (ESG) research integration. A significant part of my work is to also engage with investee companies to better understand how they assess ESG risks and opportunities.
Education/Qualifications
Nicholas has an MSc, International Financial Management degree from Queen Mary University of London and a first-class BSc Business and Economics degree from University of Roehampton.
Experience
Prior to joining Quilter Cheviot, Nicholas completed the Investment Trainee programme at BNP Paribas Asset management. As part of the programme, Nicholas completed three placements: two in investment teams and a final placement with digital marketing. In his second rotation, he worked with BNP Paribas’ Energy Transition Fund, which is the best performing active equity fund globally over $1bn in 2020, according to the Financial Times.
Other interests
Nicholas enjoys long-distance cycling, reading, watching football and boxing.
