We are committed to offering a personalised, respectful, and inclusive service.
That’s why when you meet with your Investment Manager or Financial Planner they will listen and make you feel comfortable discussing any additional needs that you may have.
This might call for additional support, either on a permanent or temporary basis, depending on your circumstances. For example, if you have recently experienced a bereavement or are suffering with ill health, you might need extra time or more help to run through an investment recommendation.
We want to do all we can to make your experience of managing your financial affairs easier for you.
We also appreciate that you may not always feel able to discuss personal matters face to face, but you’d equally like to let us know about something that is affecting your life or personal wellbeing. You can do this by emailing your dedicated contact at Quilter Cheviot.
However, if you prefer, you can also do this here using our online form. We will make sure any information you provide reaches your Investment Manager and / or Financial Planner who will treat this information with the utmost discretion. They will take this into account in your interactions and be in touch to further discuss how we can support you and your financial needs.
