Andrew has substantial experience in wealth management and previously worked at one of Ireland’s largest tax practices. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Quilter Cheviot Europe in February 2023 and was previously Head of Financial Planning for the business. Prior to joining Quilter Cheviot, Andrew was Head of Tax & Financial Planning at Brewin Dolphin Ireland and Investec Wealth & Investment. He is a frequent media commentator on a wide range of wealth management related topics and also spent time as a lecturer and examiner with the Irish Tax Institute. His deep knowledge of discretionary wealth management and financial planning provides him with the ideal combination of skills and understanding to continue to ensure strong investment performance and high-quality financial planning outcomes for clients and to develop the business in line with Quilter Cheviot Europe’s strategy.

Andrew graduated from University College Dublin with a degree in Commerce (Banking & Finance) and he is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser, Qualified Financial Adviser, Pension Trustee Practitioner, and Registered Stockbroker.
Outside of work, Andrew likes to travel and is a keen golfer. He enjoys watching sports, particularly rugby and soccer. Andrew also coaches rugby at underage level.
