What attracted you to a career in wealth management?

My career in investment management began at Quilter Cheviot in 2007, where I initially supported senior investment managers and private clients. Having qualified a senior investment manager in 2010 I have since developed close relationships with clients and intermediaries who have placed their trust in me.

My interest within the field arose from a desire to help clients navigate the complex financial landscape. With my qualifications and hands-on experience, I'm drawn to crafting tailored investment strategies to meet ever changing needs.

How do you approach your role on a daily basis?

As a lead investment manager at Quilter Cheviot for ten years, I prioritise ensuring clients receive a high level of personal service. This involves dynamically managing client portfolios to adapt to economic changes, handling portfolio administration, and meeting clients' objectives.

I particularly enjoy working with more vulnerable clients, where I feel I can make a difference through being part of Quilter Cheviot's Court of Protection team.

What are your interests outside of work?

Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy spending time with my family. Weekends are most likely spent ferrying children to and from activities and looking forward to the week ahead.

The value of your investments and the income from them can fall and you may not recover what you invested.
