What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
After graduating with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Finance from Lancaster University and the University of Liverpool, a career in wealth management offered the perfect opportunity to combine my in-depth understanding of financial markets with a desire to build meaningful relationships with clients, to facilitate the transfer of generational wealth.
Having now passed both the Investment Advice Diploma and Chartered Wealth Manager professional qualifications since entering the industry, it is incredibly rewarding to be able to engage with, and support, a diverse range of clients each at different stages of achieving their long term financial goals.
How do you work with / look after clients?
Since joining the Quilter Cheviot Birmingham office in October 2022, I have benefitted from working alongside a team of experienced investment managers and administrators. Within my role, I am responsible for implementing portfolio changes and monitoring performance whilst remaining a reliable point of contact for client queries.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outside of work I often spend time socialising with friends or keeping active at the local gym. I also enjoy discovering new passions, having had a long-term interest in genealogy and more recently taking up the piano.
