What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
I was drawn to wealth management through a desire to enhance and preserve clients' wealth while providing the highest level of service and integrity. With extensive experience managing discretionary portfolios across various asset classes, I have a global client base, particularly in Europe and the Middle East. My specialization in investment mandates with tax constraints, ethical principles, and offshore bonds, along with being a Chartered Fellow and Chartered Wealth Manager, further fuelled my passion for this field.
How do you approach your role on a daily basis?
My role involves managing private client, trust, pension, and charity portfolios. I strive to tailor each portfolio to my clients' unique goals, whether it's managing tax-efficient investments or adhering to ethical or Shariah principles. With a global reach and a focus on Europe and the Middle East, I work closely with trusted advisers in these regions. By providing personalized and tax-efficient investment strategies, I aim to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I am passionate about sports, having represented Jersey in rugby union and touch rugby. I have a deep love for all things sports-related, especially cricket, golf, surfing, snowboarding, skiing, and, of course, rugby. These activities allow me to unwind and stay active, complementing my professional interests in wealth management.
