What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
I began my career at Co-Operative Insurance Society, gaining valuable experience in financial services. With a solid foundation in the industry, I joined Quilter Cheviot five years ago. What drew me to wealth management was the opportunity to help clients strive toward their financial goals. I recognized the significance of understanding and navigating the complexities of financial planning, and this led me to pursue a career in this field.
How do you approach your role on a daily basis?
As a wealth management professional, I've been working with clients for five years. My role involves providing personalized financial guidance and strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives. I believe in tailoring our approach to each client's unique needs and expectations. This is achieved through consistent communication, listening to their goals, and making necessary adjustments to their financial plans. The satisfaction of helping clients work towards their financial aspirations is the most rewarding aspect of my client-facing role.
What are your interests outside of work?
Beyond my professional endeavours, I enjoy a variety of interests. On a personal level, I have a keen interest in walking in the lake district with my family and have recently taken up playing golf again which my children also now enjoy.
