My primary role is to make sure all the scanning and filing is managed efficiently and accurately, so that if my colleagues require any documentation that I have dealt with it can be located on the system or in the office immediately. I also manage the archiving and ordering of stationery.
Rosanna graduated from Richard Aldworth Secondary Modern and has obtained certificates in Telephone Systems and completed Computing and Caring courses.
Rosanna has been working in the Finance Trust industry for 18 years and has worked for companies such as HSBC and TMF Group as a receptionist and as well as doing clerical duties.
Previously she worked with caring for the elderly for a number of years.
Outside of work Rosanna likes walking her dog, reading, cooking and travelling. She also enjoys doing voluntary work for a local charity.
