Edinburgh OFFICE
My role involves agreeing an investment strategy with each of my clients and thereafter constructing and managing investment portfolios on their behalf. I meet clients on a regular basis to ensure that the agreed strategy remains relevant and where appropriate to discuss any changes in line with their individual circumstances.
I joined Quilter Cheviot in March 2020 and have been managing client investments for more than twenty years, including seven years as an investment manager with National Australia Bank and a further ten years as a client director and latterly office head with Brown Shipley.
I studied Law at Aberdeen University (2:1 Honours) and went on to complete an MSc in Finance and Investment Management at the same university. In terms of professional qualifications, I am a Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
My interests include travelling, cooking, playing golf (badly), going to the gym and I have recently taken up tennis.
