My primary responsibility is managing portfolios for private clients, pension funds, companies, and charities. I am also concentrating on building my client base through professional intermediaries including accountants, financial advisers and solicitors as well as with private clients directly.
For accountants, I can implement personal tax planning strategies, retirement strategies and estate planning. A tax year-end pack is provided for clients’ records, consisting of a consolidated tax certificate, valuation, transaction schedule and capital gains tax report. This can be sent directly to clients and to their accountant.
For financial advisers, I can assist with a range of services including discretionary investment management of personal pensions, trusts and offshore investment bonds as well as more straightforward ISA and taxable portfolios. I can add value by creating bespoke portfolios tailored around clients’ investment objectives and risk profiles as well as ensuring clients’ Capital Gains Tax and ISA allowances are used.
For solicitors, I can manage clients’ assets resulting from inheritance, divorce settlements or trusts on an on-going basis and can also provide ad hoc services such as probate valuations or the liquidation of estates. Investments can be tailored and managed within a range of trust arrangements established for purposes including philanthropy and tax efficiency through to inheritance planning.
