Business Development Manager
As an experienced business development manager my role is to grow the footprint of Quilter Cheviot by interacting closely with professional intermediaries in the North London area. I develop the relationships between the professional intermediaries and our investment managers by creating an awareness of the added value that Quilter Cheviot provide to both their business and clients.
Helen has been a business development manager for over 25 years. She started her career in financial services at Friends Provident having completed a music degree at Lancaster University. This was followed by a long period at Skandia before moving to Axa Wealth. On the sale of Axa Wealth Helen moved to the offshore business, Utmost Wealth Solutions, before joining Quilter Cheviot.
Helen holds a Batchelor Of Music degree from Lancaster University as well as having a Diploma in Financial Planning.
Outside work, apart from her family, Helen’s main interest is karate. She is currently a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Shotokan, whilst also being a qualified referee, competitor and instructor. Helen has competed successfully both nationally/ internationally and currently is a squad member for the World Shotokan Federation England. The aspect of karate that she enjoys the most is teaching which includes disability karate. Both Helen’s daughters also train and compete.
