What is the terrain like at Blenheim Palace?
Blenheim Palace is a picturesque stately home situated near the market town of Woodstock in Oxfordshire. Dating back over 200 years the grounds and gardens of Blenheim Palace are accessible. Much of the BBC Countryfile Live show is located on grassed areas which can be a little uneven. Some parts of the show area have steep inclines and whilst we have done as much as possible to make the show accessible we advise that you take care when visiting. BBC Countryfile Live is an outdoor show and so if the ground is wet this might make pushing a wheelchair a little more difficult. We have worked with the venue to make the event as accessible as possible. If you feel that you might prefer some assistance in accessing the grounds, you should consider bringing someone else with you. We can provide free entry to an individual who is assisting you during your visit.
