Role at Quilter Cheviot
My role within Quilter Cheviot is to oversee the continued successful development of new and existing professional relationships within Birmingham and the Midlands, focusing on the complex issues facing clients when making investment decisions regarding their financial needs and objectives. I draw on the significant skills provided by the Investment Management and Research teams within Quilter Cheviot, bringing together a robust team of trusted advisers, ensuring client outcomes are effectively monitored and managed. As a professional service provider, Quilter Cheviot undertakes business transactions in a highly regulated sector and this provides peace of mind to both our professional introducers and clients.
Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) gained in August 2015.
My early business experience centred on Investment and Trust planning for private clients and I was involved with many of the Offshore Life Insurance companies, providing effective solutions for wealth creation, retention and succession. I was then asked to head up a specialist tax consultancy, formed as a joint venture between a UK based Independent Financial Advisory firm and an Isle of Man resident trust and corporate services provider. The experience I gained in this area was subsequently put to use within a Family Office based in Mayfair, which provided bespoke solutions to an ultra-high net worth International client base. I qualified as an Independent Financial Adviser in 2015 and most recently provided financial advisory services exclusively to the dental profession.
My down time is spent playing the guitar (badly!) and following American sport and Motorcycling. I enjoy active participation in on-road and off-road cycling.
