Role at Quilter Cheviot
My primary role as Head of the Bristol office is to support a team of Investment Managers and their support staff in the management of client portfolios as well as helping develop relationships with introducers.
James started at Quilter Cheviot in 2000 and became head of the Quilter Cheviot Bristol office in 2015. After graduating from the City University in 1984, James began his career with Gartmore, moving to Royal Trust Asset Management in 1987 and Lincoln assurance in 1992. During this time he specialised in managing a number of UK and North American unit trust as well as unit linked life and pension funds before joining Quilter Cheviot in July 2000. He manages money on behalf of individuals, charities, trusts and pension funds.
James is a Fellow of the CISI.
Outside of work James is a keen cyclist.
