Edilson Shahini

Trainee Investment Manager

I am a Trainee Investment Manager aspiring to preserve and grow investments that our clients and their financial advisers have entrusted us with. My primary role is to assist with various daily investment management matters for private client portfolios, pension funds, trusts, charities and offshore bonds. At the same time, I am keen to continue expanding my professional network and long term relationships with clients and intermediaries as I progress towards a fully-fledged Investment Manager role.

Edilson joined Quilter Cheviot in 2017 working in a team with John Mayo and Tom Stone. Prior to this, he was an Analyst within a Suitability and KYC project, having been in the investment management industry since 2012.

Edilson has attained the Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) qualification and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). Edilson also holds an honours degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Birmingham, the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and Investment Advice Diploma (IAD).

Outside of work, Edilson enjoys various outdoors activities, travelling and exploring different cultures. Edilson enjoys spending time with his family and friends and takes an interest in keeping up to date with current affairs.
