When you get in touch, we will arrange for an investment manager to telephone you to find out some more about you. They will be able to explain how Quilter Cheviot can help with your specific situation.

We understand the benefits of building a relationship based on trust between you and your investment manager. The better we know you and your circumstances, the more informed your investment manager can be when making decisions about your portfolio.
During our initial meeting, your investment manager would like to discuss:
- Your situation, investment objectives and your attitude to risk and reward
- Your knowledge and understanding of investing
- Potential options for achieving your aims
- Our investment philosophy and strategies
- Costs and charges involved in running your portfolio
- Any issues or objectives that you might like to raise.
With a thorough understanding of your circumstances, your investment manager will send you a proposal outlining your requirements and detailing the mix of investments they think best fit your risk profile and objectives.
We want you to feel confident throughout this process and, as always, your investment manager will be available to discuss any aspect with you and make any changes or amendments if necessary.
Once you have considered our investment proposal and wish to either proceed or make adjustments, we will send you an application form to open an account at Quilter Cheviot. Your investment manager will be on hand at all times if you have any questions.
