We provide investment management which is specific to a charity’s individual requirements. We do not manage any common investment funds for our charity clients as we do not believe in a one size fits all approach.
We are determined to meet the challenges of a dynamic market environment within an investment framework that combines the skills of a dedicated research team of 16 analysts with those of experienced investment managers, to provide the optimum return for our clients.
Many of the charities that we manage have specific ethical policies which we implement on a client by client basis. We use an independent, external ethical screening research company alongside investment manager and internal research team knowledge, in order to ensure that portfolios are compliant with any ethical policy that has been agreed.
Our ethos is one of personal service. This is demonstrated by the long-standing relationships we have developed with our clients and mirrored by the length of service our investment managers have given to the sector.
We recognise that you may have existing relationships with investment consultants, accountants, lawyers and financial advisers. We are used to working with professional intermediaries to help you achieve your objectives and have built up many strong relationships across the UK, Ireland and Jersey.
You will have access to your charity investment manager whenever you need them. They are supported by a highly skilled and experienced team to provide consistency and assurance for the implementation of your investment policy.
Our regional network of 12 offices across the UK mean we are never far away with expert investment assistance.
The investment manager is responsible for all aspects of the charity’s relationship with Quilter Cheviot. We employ skilled and experienced administrators.
Communication and Reporting
We provide clear, comprehensive and regular client reporting, typically on a quarterly basis or as requested by our clients. We will ensure that the reporting is in a format that suits the charity’s requirements. Our online reporting means that you can readily access information.
